Inquiry and RFQ workflow support

Turn incoming inquiries into a reviewable record: quantities, materials, deadlines and source references. Start with one request format and a fixed sample before considering integration.

Service scope and pilot method. This page is not a live AI demo, a completed client case or a measured performance claim.

Discuss a small pilot

What we scope first

Describe the request formats, fields your team uses and destination system. Agree data authorisation before providing redacted samples. Start with a document export or read-only workflow.

Proposed pilot deliverables

Field list and reviewable records
An agreed field dictionary, structured output and a reference back to the original request. Missing or conflicting fields stay flagged for a person.
Review and exception handling
A review step for quantities, materials and deadlines, plus an exception list. Nothing quotes a price, accepts an order or sends a message without your team.
Evaluation and handover
A fixed evaluation sample, field-level results, errors and human corrections, with a written summary of what worked and what still needs review.

How we decide whether to continue

Compare the pilot with your current process using the same sample: field accuracy, omissions, review effort and processing time. Agree thresholds, schedule and fees before work starts. Expansion and production integration are separate decisions.

The pilot does not establish drawing compliance, engineering suitability or a commercial commitment. Your team confirms technical requirements, prices and delivery promises.
