Privacy notice
This notice covers alpha.ciwnw.com and the email and phone channels listed on it. The controller is Xi’an Qiuwen Network Technology Co., Ltd. For signed projects, the contract and the data processing agreement take precedence over this page.
This site and its hosting layer
This site is statically generated. It has no analytics SDK, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, contact form or account system. Our application code does not intentionally record visitor IP addresses. Cloudflare, as the hosting and CDN provider, may process IP addresses and request metadata under its own terms.
Cookies and stored preferences
Two functional cookies may be set, both only after you act. “alpha_locale” records the language you chose; “alpha_locale_prompt” records that you dismissed the language suggestion. Both are host-only for alpha.ciwnw.com, are not shared with www.ciwnw.com or another host, and are not intended to identify you.
What you send us
When you email or call, we receive what you choose to send: your name, company, contact details and a description of your workflow. Please do not send production data, personal data or confidential material before a written data agreement is in place.
Why we process information
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process information to respond to your request and take steps before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, operate and secure our services under our legitimate interests, or on the basis of consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and international transfers
Cloudflare provides the hosting and CDN service. Email and telecommunications providers carry messages and calls. A signed pilot may name additional providers before they are used. These providers may process information outside your country, including where their infrastructure or our company is located. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards; contact us for details relevant to your request.
Pilot samples
When a pilot needs a sample, we first agree in writing the purpose, the minimum scope, any de-identification, who may access it, where it is processed, how long it is kept, and how it is returned or deleted. Samples are not reused across clients and are not used to train or fine-tune models without your written authorisation. If a third-party service has to be involved, we name the provider, the data it would see and the limits before it is switched on.
Retention, security and deletion
We keep contact and project information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, a written agreement, or applicable record-keeping law. Project samples are returned or deleted on the agreed schedule. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Incident notices follow applicable law and the relevant contract.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Legal exceptions may apply. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work, including an EEA or UK supervisory authority where applicable.
Contact
For any data request, email qw@xaqwwl.com or call +86 187-1084-7245.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we update the date shown above. We do not apply changes retroactively to data already returned or deleted.
